User Requirements 
These Requirements were established by Megan on 27th. June, 2007 who needs a Database to support her Aquarium Store.

I own a large saltwater aquarium store.
I am looking for a database model that I could use to do the following:

1. Assign employee daily fish husbandry assignments
   Employee login in to these assignments and enter start/end times and notes.
   Supervisor inspects their work and types comments on their work.

2. We receive huge fish shipments two times a week.
   Employees then type
   shipment pick up time
   wholesaler
   airline shipment came on
   testing results of shipment water
   actions take to equalize shipment water
   health of specimens and DOA

I would like digital pictures of DOA's to be able to be attached to a subform of 
this " receiving shipment form" and be saved to the database as well as being 
automatically sent to the wholesaler.

3. Health checks
   Fish Diagnosis
   Treatment Plan
   if applicable reason for death.

4. Feeding schedule
   recorded feeding
   notes

5. Chemical dosing
   recorded
   notes

6. Water Testing
   Results
   Prompts to make necessary changes to water.
   Records changes made
