Question: I want to take impresions from any DB experts in how can I mount an DB for a bird research. 
Me and my uncle run once a month to recolect data from 40 zones in own region to know the number of members in every zone. 

It's only about Accipitridae (eagles, raptors). 

I want to build a html site that can retrive information and make graphs from MySQL DB.
