A. The requirement is to design a Database to keep track of Births, Deaths and Marriages

Subject: civils acts
Question: i want a data base model for managing of civils acts. Like birth, death, marrige, etc. 

Barry says the Things of Interest are :-
   A.1 Births
   A.2 Deaths
   A.3 Marriages
   A.4 Others, to be determined

B. How are they related ?
   B.1 An Event can be a Birth, Death or Marriage.
   B.2 A Parent can register one or many Events.
   B.3 Others to be determined.
