Subject: Chemical Dependency Providers

Question: we have Chemical Dependency Providers across the northwest.

They each have a provider number, address, services, employees etc. 

Then under the main provider.

They have satellite offices that provide the same thing, same provider number is used, 
different employees sometimes, sometimes the same and different address. 

I am really struggling on how to make this work, because it is so many to many actually. 

I am gonna try what someone suggested, but wondering if there is a data model similiar to 
compare too.
