Statement of User Requirements
The Requirement is a database for a construction company.
The most important aspects are bidding a job, moving to an invoice or archiving the bid.
A Customer table will be related to a contact table (different contact within the same company).
They are daily reports that are related to Invoices that include travel time and location time and employees involved.
The database will be required to track equipment (also maintenance) and to track resale items also.
As part of the bidding process a quick reference is required to previous invoices that include the same or similar work.
It is desired that a future use would attribute a graphic tool that could be used in an AutoCAD scenario, so as to estimate
for bidding, as part of a mark-up of a semantic sent in Volo View (.DFW format) from a customer.
