Question: Has anyone modelled a driver recruitment agency before? 

I wondered what people's thoughts would be on an initial data model for this. 

Entities I see are Driver, Client (company who want drivers), the recruitment company and probably Shifts. 

Now the client will ask for a number of time slots to be filled with Drivers. 

Drivers will usually have standard start times for the depot that they usually work for. 

A Depot is a client site. 

Client sites will have standard shift start times which wil be applied to drivers who have said they can 
manage those times. 

Additionally there should be a way for a driver to change his start time on an ad hoc basis
