An Access Database is available on demand.
If it seems necessary, I will derive the Specifications from a review of the
Quantity Surveyors International Web Site.
In the meantime, it seems to me that Quantity Surveryors only deal with work done on Properties.
Therefore, for our purposes, we do not need to model the complexities of a piece of Property, we simply need to be able to kepp track
of all the separate pieces of work that can be done on a Property.
