The design of this Database has been created by following our General Approach.
The purpose of the Database is to
identify the daily quantities of Orders sold.
Things of Interest :-
1) Bookings
2) Customers
3) Ingredients
4) Loyalty Cards 
5) Menus
6) Menu Items
7) Orders

What do we know about these 'Things of Interest' :-
Loyalty Cards 
The design should provide for either the basic 'Starbucks' card, 
which simply records the number of visits, or they can optionally 
record the Customers ID, and the amount spent in the restaurant.

For this reason, the Table has a unique mandatory identifier
and the Customer ID and Order ID are both optional.
