If you are new to Data Models, this page of my new Tutorial will help you understand the Data Model.
This is an 'Easy to understand' version showing only the Entity names with key fields.

There is also a Data Model showing all Attributes.

There is also a design for a Data Mart, which is very useful for providng data for Reports and Business Intelligence.

The Data Model for Financial Services Authority
There is an Inheritance Relationship between the Companies Entity and the Registered and Self-Found Companies.
This means that the Registered and Self-Found Companies share Data Items with the Companies Entity but each have Data Items that are specific to them.
The Companies Entity is referred to as the 'Super-Type' and the other two are 'Sub-Types'.
