Requirement is a Database for a Vets Practice.
The Statement of Requirements from the Users is as follows :-

The Database should contain a customer table, treatments table , 
species,(type of dog, cat, bird, etc...), pet table with color, birthdates,
height, weight, medications table with dosage, cost, date and comments.
